Our Annual Sport Physicals Night has been recurring for 14 years! The goal of the event is to provide quality physicals for our community athletes of all ages. The physical consists of a multi-disciplinary rotation where the athlete will receive a vitals exam, height and weight measurements, an examination by one of our local Family Practice physicians, an orthopedic exam from one of Western Slope Orthopaedics physicians, and a movement screening from our Physical Therapists or Certified Athletic Trainers. All of the physicians that assist with this event generously volunteer their time every year. The physical costs $25, with discounts for families with multiple athletes. All of the proceeds are donated directly back to our local Athletic Training Programs, supplying your athletes with the care and treatment they might need. The exam is good for a whole year, and fills quickly so please call us today at 970-249-1646 to reserve your time slot! The paperwork your athlete needs to be filled out and brought to the appointment. The paperwork is available at the front office of our Montrose clinic and or on our website. Please note, if your child is a minor and comes without your signature, we will be unable to provide an examination. Thank you all for the continued support of our local athletics.
