In Motion Therapy Fitness Center Class Schedule

Senior Circuit classes have returned! Come and join us on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 12:00-12:45pm for an instructor-led circuit class. Class includes warmup/cool down, stretching, and balance activities. Call the Montrose office for more information at (970) 249-1646.

Class Descriptions

Senior Circuit

This class follows a similar circuit training format, but in a low-impact setting. Ages 55+ are encouraged to join in and get invigorated from this excellent group exercise!

*Please call or visit our front desk to schedule a weight orientation! These are free, and required.

Sit and Fit

Sit and Be Fit is intended to provide a fitness class to people who feel they do not want to use treadmills and weight equipment due to balance or other concerns. It will also concentrate on strengthening exercises, stretching and cardio all from the comfort of a chair.

All classes are designed to offer different modifications for all levels of fitness. Our aim with these group classes, is for you to meet new friends, encourage each other, reach your own goals, and challenge yourself. We hope that all of this can be achieved while you have an enjoyable time doing it, and most importantly GET IN MOTION!
